SALSA- Salsa class at HAF focuses on social dances. It offers an opportunity to learn Salsa dancing, have fun and stay on top of your cardio work out. We also cover other social dances you may see if you decide to hit the clubs. The class is multi level so even if you consider yourself a beginner or have enjoyed dance you will find something for you. Every Wednesday at 6 PM to 7 p.m. Price is $8.00 per class at Warrior Fitness Center Bldg 533 class room under the stairs. Call (801) 792-7986.
